Anyone else have trouble contacting sellers in the marketplace?

I have sent emails to this seller http://www.trainboard.com/trainstore/showproduct.php?product=2028&cat=2

And left messages on his listing, and so far have heard nothing. Is this common? I think the only thing I haven't done is PM him, but his ad states specifically to email him, that is why I didn't do a PM.

Anyway, if anybody knows this seller, N_S_L, can you let him know to check his ad?

I PM'd another seller a few days ago and have not received a response either. Wonder if there is a problem with the system.

i bought a few auto-racks a while back and could not get the p-m to work
ether. the seller an my self told charlie about it

 

I used the PM from his profile, not the contact seller button on the listing, not sure if they go to different places or not...

 

Rodney, we have still not been able to reach N_S_L, he has not been online since July 14th.
