Much happier this time around... the machine worked correctly. Photo shows the Anycubic exposures test structures right out of the machine, on the build plate. You can see the effects of the different exposure times. The build plate worked perfectly, although I think it will need replacing now and then. I think their included scraper could use the edges rounded and a bit more taper- I will do this to the tool. The washing/curing box has not yet arrived, so I cleaned by hand, and cooked in the sun (Arizona...)- not shown here. Now to move to containers and a speeder with wagons.
Look for plastic razor blades on amazon, usually get 500 pack and two handles, will last you a lifetime. That's what I use to get the stuff off the build plate, works so much better than any other scraper
Hi to all Stephane- finally got around to getting the link for the braced 40 foot container. With my AnyCubic Mono2 and the standard curing system, the sides warped out after curing. So, I add the internal brace. Seems to work fine (or maybe I am learning more about my new system??). Here is the link to TinkerCad. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/417Qp7CxKzq-40-foot-container-braced-based-on-s-savard-design
Nice, I'll download it later, I want to see how you braced it. It warped for me too, but I glued the bottom and clamped them while it cured, solved the problem!
Does the new file have the bottom of the container as well or did you still use the one from Stephane's?
