They look like beautiful locomotives Scott, if you donthave a layout ever thought of doing a small diorama?
Those do look good. I hope to buy some in the future. Also, I hope to get some Sd40T-2's. I can't decide which one I'd put on point. They'd sit at the main. facility waiting while I'd be pulling my hair out deciding.
Scott, Have you done anything to your 2 SD45T-2 we see on the above picture ? They look great. Living in France, I haven't had the possibility to see the latest SD 45T-2 from IM, but in comparison with my SD 40T-2 in SP scheme (Speed and roman lettering) your SD45T-2 seem to be even more realistic. Their paint job looks different than former release.
I have decaled them with white lettering, And added Sunrise ent. sunshades and cab vent. I have weathered them lightly since I took the picture. Maybe I'll post some pics later.
Jeff, Polly scale SP Lark Dark Grey is a very good match. I would like to have more of these, But they're kinda hard to find these days. Can't wait to see pics of yours!
Great pictures, guys! Lots of good weathering... I might have to get a couple tunnel motors to run with my stuff... Are they offering HLCX ? Harold
Here's a pic of an untouched SP speed lettered version. Excellent! If you ask me. Considering the only other choices are scratchbuilding or brass.
