    Here is where you can discuss anything about the Maine Central. I may havent been around when the MEC was runnin, I sure do think that they were a great railroad. May "The PINE TREE Route" live on forever!

    One at least, albeit based in the United Kingdom. I have a number of U25Bs and a couple of 2-8-2 models, plus some books on New England railroading for reference.

    I am a fan of most Fallen Flags, those operations of pre-mega-merger days. I don't do any MEC modeling.     Model the MEC and Boston & Maine in HO scale just before the Guilford take over of both railroads.The operation has a stub end eleven track yard and services a paper mill.The B&M is the primary Railroad the MEC is the Interchange railroad 0724012313.jpg
