MP Any 86' Auto Parts boxcars in original paint?

    I still catch an occasional jumbo boxcar wearing fallen flag paint (WP,CNW,SSW), but every Mo-pac that I spot is repainted with the UP shield. Are they all repainted or are there some with blue paint or with the buzzsaw herald to look for?

    MP 271823 an 86' autoparts box car was spotted yesterday at the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant. It was sporting the MOPAC Eagle and heavy graffiti.

    guys i'm trying to get one from work. i see them everyday at decatur, il. in the yards. plenty in chicago too. one of these days i'll get some in a train i'm on!

    Thanks for replying. Today, I saw 4 clean looking UP repaints sporting the We Will Deliver slogan. It was a first for me, as a few jumbos trickle in at a time. MP 274506 was one of the fresh repaints.

    Arriving Ford Kentucky Truck Plant yesterday was MP 271711, good paint, not tagged and of course the Eagle logo!

    I finally found one last week in my area. MP 271015 still has its original paint, but very tagged.
