Another trestle over the Tuolomne

    I'm making my way around the layout, scenery-wise - here's the next trestle over the Tuolomne River. It's modelled after a photo of a West Side Lumber trestle over the Tuolomne River (another Calif short line - close enough for government work [​IMG] ), from a really cool photograph by Richard Steinheimer that was in Trains awhile back.

    Here's where it's going to go . . . cross the river and lead to the switchback where there will be a lumbermill

    espeeguy - this will be bridge #6 out of an eventual 10...

    One of these days, I promise I'll post a track plan and a layout tour - I've got to transfer the track plan from a large sheet of butcher paper (yep, I'm pretty high tech. . . [​IMG] ) to digital format first. . .
