Since we were looking into the mystery MTL Mobil tank car, I came up with another car in my accumulation that is a mystery to me. The car is a 30' disconnect log car with variable log load. The label has product # 113 50 729 on the end with the above description. In the middle of the label (what would be on the bottom when in the box) there is no UPC code or price, but does have a 2006 Micro-Trains Line Co date. The low profile wheels are also included. Can't find anything on the MTL Data Base nor have I seen this car listed on the internet anywhere. Of course I haven't spent days looking, so I might have missed it somewhere. I also do not have a price guide with a date later than 2006 that might have it listed. Any info on this car will be appreciated. John
That does make sense with the 50 in the middle of the product #. Also the person I got the car from bought some special edition MTL sets and this was probably a car left over from the set. Thanks for the reference point to maybe finding the rest of the cars in that set. John
