I think he is cornering the market in Bachmann locomotives and is going to open a dealership. I would rather have three good Kato locomotives for the same price that he is paying for the Bachmann.

He bid on 4 of those Centennials, and won 3, all way over $100 each! Where is this guy's money tree? I want one!

His bid of $213 for an undecorated Rivarossi 4-6-6-4 Challenger isn't high at all.

REmember-it takes at least two bidders to drive the price up. Manowarr has scored a couple of DD40s himself.

I should have bought that boxful that the Bachmann Babes had back in January at $45 each...

Might have to think about putting MY DD40 up!
Have the newer version, with dual motors even!
Slight work on trucks, and it's actually a pretty good runner. Last time I ran it anyway. Nowhere to run.
    Yet.

Hey Keith, maybe email the guy buying up all of these loco's and tell him that you have one to sell.

And even mention that I saved him the time installing MT couplers! Wonder what could be made if I were to convert mine to DCC??

Probably wouldn't sell mine anyway, as it is an unusual locomotive and I have mine running pretty good.

And he's been spending like that since he joined in January. Is this what happens when someone not quite right wins the lottery?

I can't see any rhyme or reason to what he buys, aside from the fact that it's all N-scale. I do notice, though, that he will buy many multiples of the same or similar items, same as with the DD40s.

There's no way he's a shill with so many different sellers...though some of them may be onto him and putting in shills themselves.

Anybody ever notice a guy like this before?

This is the perfect opportunity for me to start selling on Ebay. I have six of them.
