An unusual find

    Found a decent string of brand new flat cars near Gilcrest on Saturday.
    Build date of 12/12. Still covered, so deck couldn't be seen.
    Have no idea what they're for. Trash, or some other small container perhaps??
    I'd be interested in finding out more.

    They caught my attention as I was driving by on the highway!

    Can you get close enough to look for a stencil showing initials of the builder?
