I've used Hide My Ass! Free Proxy - Free Web Proxy - Free Anonymous Browsing (What a weird name for an utility tool) Although the download is not resumable, so I had to try a few time when the download had stopped abruptly, and by retry, I needed to close all browsers and retry until I had the file in total. note: The car builder book has big black squares to hide some parts of some drawings.
