A freight train managed to rip down some wires on the NEC outside of Linden NJ tonite causing delays and suspensions on Amtrak trains using the NEC as well as NJ Transit trains on both the North Jersey Coastline and Raritan Valley Lines. Service was restored to Raritan Lines as of 2230 est but the coastline remains suspended until repairs are complete. Russ
