Caught it at the Woodbridge, VA station a mile from my house. I got lucky and saw a facebook post by the Amtrak Heritage fleet page. Hope you like it. A Southbound auto train passed at the same moment.
I think there are four or five, one of each phase, up to phase V. There may be two phase IIs out there. I thought the photo was decent enough I took. Not for railpictures.net so far.
