    Guys and gals,

Anyone got any thoughts on this? My current layout is set up with 21.25" minimum turn radius. I'm trying to model a set of Amfleet passenger cars, even if they will end up in a (semi-)permanent consist. How can I get them as close to each other as possible while still allowing them to operate well? Also, are there any diaphragms available for these?

The newer version of the Bachmanns have the spring-loaded diaphragms. I think 21.25" will do these cars just fine, you have to body-mount the couplers in order to get the close spacing.

I have 5 of them I've got running well. One thing I did was body mount MT couplers on the car which helped. The newer cars have "working" diaphrams on them, but I'm not too impressed. So far, I haven't figured out a good idea for diaphrams..
