Like, wow ! I had been running via NCE PowerCab for over a year now and was always a tad annoyed that even in 128 speed step mode increasing or decreasing loco's speed caused a too obvious say, lurch in speed change instead of smooth and infinite like old analog did..I had no idea until last night that all that was needed was to change ballistic tracking rate from the 0 I had it on to 1 or 2 value ..What a difference ! Completely smooth changes in speed like I was dreaming of and (wrongly) thought had to forget in DCC control...I'd messed with other motor control prompts such as CVs 10, 209 and 210 but not this yet...Yeah ! One thing though..209 is motor 'kick rate' ...If we change it it destroys 116 chuff rate...Any way around this, to have both ?Finally, what is meant by 'paged' programming ?
