I am looking for a alternative paint that is readily available from places like Wal Mart or Hobby Lobby that is the same as Pullman Green....or a very close proximitation. That way I don't have to put projects off while I wait for the next bottle of Pullman to show up in the mail. Any ideas?

UNless you can add some black to Olive Drab to get the shade of Pullman Green you're looking for, I'm not aware of any other alternatives. Not sure if WalMart sells Olive Drab, but Hobby Lobby might.

If you can use the artists' acrylics, you can probably get a close color. There are many choices and you can easily add the black to something close. Also, it can give you a nice slight variation between the colors if you wish. Airbrushing those types of paint is a subject all by itself.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I was comparing hues at Hobby Lobby yesterday. I think I can come up with something in a pinch but I just thought there might be something out there that was a pre-mix with another name (you know something cute like "Priestess Green" :) ).
