Candy, would it be ok if we all bowl a round this evening? Haha.
Yup, back in the 80's I worked in several casinos in Nevada, saw that carpet more than often.
We have similar carpet in the alley where I bowl, I did trip over a black bowling bag left on the floor, it just blended into the carpet.
Although this type of carpet is a recent thing, they just used a plain indoor/outdoor carpet back in the day, so it would determine on your layout's period if you were to use this type of carpet.
Here I am. This is how I solved the stair problem. The raised platform is just right and I will put restrooms at the end of it. It needs a little work still.
Looks great! That carpet looks the part, for sure!
Such clean and thorough modeling. Love the railings and carpet.
Love it. That carpet choice is just spot-on perfect!
I just read through this entire thread the other day, what a detailed project you are working on, I love it.
Looks Great, Candy. Thanks for the excellent railings, perfect for arthritic hips.
Thank you everyone ! I will be trying to get more done now that I can't really leave the house.
Looks awesome! It has been a while, but every post you put up is appreciated! Fine modeling!
Were I worked out in the 60's , 70's & 80s' didn't have such fancy work. Just industrial grade carpet and little other fancy work. I doubt I could still do such things with a war torn leg. I'm still enjoying the show.
Candy, Great to see you're back and making progress looks excellent as always.
I've ordered a few thing but it's taking a long time to get the stuff.
Very crisp work!
it's taking forever to get anything anymore. I ordered some respirator filters three weeks agofrom Texas. A shipment from France has taken 30 days so far, according to tracking it's stuck in New York.
I'm alright. I'll be posting soon
I have something on order, which seems to have stalled now for some time back in the midwestern US.
