Has anyone ever built the Alkem Concrete Coal Dock and Cinder Conveyor (Lasercut Acrylic & Photo-Etched Kit)?

What is the footprint for this model?

    Thanks... [IMG]

Looking at the downloaded assembly plans, I would say the tower itself is 35 scale feet across the double track loading area. That would mean the length along the track is about 25 scale feet. This does not include any of the other items included with the kit.

    It is a beautiful model.

[edit] OTOH, doesn't the proprietor of Alkem participate on TB sometimes? You could email him, maybe.

I've found one and am going to buy the kit and give it a try.

I've worked with brass kits before. This one is a very intricate design in the loading tower and platform.
