I now can present a new product in my range: the Alco C420 in the "low nose" version. The shell is 100% made from approx. 100 metal etched parts, to be accurate 0.25mm nickel-silver, the tanks are copper tubes. The loco runs on a heavily modified MTL Geep chassis ,stretched and milled thinner by 0.4mm to allow a prototypical width of the shell. The loco is still equiped with the MTL circuit board (slightly thinned) and has the same bi-directional lights as standard Geeps. This example in Lehigh Valley colours was built for Alexis Bercq in Japan. The loco is availlabe to custom order in a variaty of road names.

Great job Gerd! Do you use resistance soldering on the shell?
