I have been eyeballing those nice little (well, not so little) cars but I've been wondering if they would look and run ok on 11" radius curves. Does anyone operate or has operated some on 11" ?? Maybe Mr. Curtis himself can answer this question.

I think Alan has 12" radius curves on his layout and has no problems with his longer cars. They would look odd though going through such a tight curve. My layout has 18" minimum radius and the long cars still look funny somtimes, just depends on the angle of view.

I concur, other than looks, you shouldn't have any operating problems.

The radius thing holds for me to; even with my 19" curves, long cars can look goofy.

The cars run fine around tight curves, but as has been said above, they look far better on large radius curves [IMG]
