    An abbreviated #2 Sunset Limited running late yesterday through Rosenberg after a grade crossing collision with a gravel truck outside Columbus, Texas. The lead engine had to be removed.

    The engineer and truck driver were both hospitalized. A number of passengers were treated at the scene.

    I saw a story about this in today's Corpus Christi Caller Times from a wire service. It said the accident involved the Amtrak Sunset Limited COMMUTER (?!?) train.
