Saw something pretty cool I have not seen here. I live less than a block from a CP branchline that serves the Highlan Ford Plan (Saint Paul, MN....former Soo Line) I can look out my kitchen window and see the track [IMG]

    Anyways,
On my way home from work, I saw two AC4400CW locos with about 15 auto parts cars headed to the ford plant. Very cool! This branch line goes right though a residential area with grade crossings protected with nothing more than crossbucks!! I diverted my course to head off the consist to watch it. These locos looked just massive next to the single family homes. Of course I did not have my camera with me :( (DUH!!!!). Normally this line is served by a pair of GP40's (I think). I am just excited because I will not have to use a modeler license to have big power on local runs and switch details [IMG]

I guess I will have to keep the camera near by from now on [IMG]

    1) What is your address. I’m going to send you a disposable for your car and a telephoto setup for your kitchen. [IMG]
    2) Any openings for a good tech in that neighbor hood < I wish I could leave here >
    3) Yes! Big power on a small branch / shortline. //Runs off to rewrite the GandG rule book.

    Life is good
