    Hi all,

To all the intermodal types, AC Models 89' flats are now available. Check out the site - www.alancurtismodels.com - for a looksee. These look to be another excellent model and the basis for some interesting kitbashing possibilities.

Technical info on the 89' cars available fron TTX's site at www.ttx.com and modelling these cars (admittedly using Micro-Trains' 89' flats) was covered in Model RailroadING's Intermodal Modeler's Guide Vol 2 or July '96 issue.

    Courtesy post only.

    Gary.

I must admit Alan, they do look mighty nice. I also like how you have one part of the trainler on one flat and the other half on the other flat (in one of the pictures on your site). Cool AND prototypical.
I remember I couldn't believe that when I saw it for the first time in person.

    Keep up the great work!
