I want to model the van seen on the 1983 tv show The A-Team. So I found a 3d printed GMC Vandura on Etsy, but the wheels are all wrong.
Anyone know where to find wheels something like this in N scale?

Looks like that may be a custom 3D print if you can find someone with a really good 3D printer.

You gotta create a n-scale Mr. T now!

The only thing better than that would be a T-scale Mr. T.!

You might have to mix a couple stl files together to get what your looking for. I'm sure I've seen files for the appropriate wheels.

These are General Lee Vector wheels. The Van wheels are a different type and I'm trying to remember the correct model.

Western Turbine some have of them have more spokes than others. I think it was an option for them.

Looks like something in between the 2 wheel styles.

What about using a laser printer to make a "cover" for the wheels. At normal viewing distances, it might not even be noticeable.

This would be cool to have on the layout! If you do it Hemi, are you going to do working lights in it as well? :D

Just saw this and went to Fusion and came up with this....

Being N scale maybe right on the edge of printing and some of the features you won't see from any distance. The lugs and center of the hub are only .007"/.18mm in diameter so barely visible to the eye at any distance and have to be exaggerated in height also to print and be seen in resin, they wouldn't even print on my filament printer. Detail of about twice this is what I consider about minimum with it and a stock nozzle.

The spokes will probably print and the rounded edges of the tire will barely show. I didn't waste my time on the tread. You can make a lot of things show in the CAD design but that doesn't mean they are practical to print. The actual spoke widths weren't also practical to print so the spacing at the center hub doesn't look right.

Next time I do some printing I'll try a couple.
