    Those are some very nice trees. Great foreground models. Do they take a long time to make?

    Colorado5O, this tree took around 8 hours (article and photos included).


    IMO, the weak spot of the tree is the foliage. Even I've chopped it, still looks too big for the N scale.

    What are you using for foliage for smaller scales (like N) ?

    N_S_L, until now I've tried four populus (you can see these here ) and an apple tree, the one in this thread ( here ). For future...I have no specific plan...if I see a real tree and I like it, that will be my model :shade: .

    The trees look great. I've roamed around the links on your page and cannot find where you described the material that you used for the bark. What is it? Very good looking "bark"
