This is a car I acquired on eBay. This is a steam-era Pullman Car, used on our railways during my teenage railfanning days. The close-up shows the reason for purchasing this particular car First class cars had girls' names, second class had car numbers. They were our luxury trains, and we drooled over them at the time
Russ, they are made by a company called Graham Farish here in the UK, although I believe they have now moved new production to the far east. Farish are our main N scale provider. They have a website Graham Farish I have no intention of deserting my American railroading, but a little bit of my past railfanning can be created with a few well chosen items, and what better way to start than with one named for my wife
Thanks for the info Alan. I would have no problem incorporating that onto my layout. Regardless of country, that is a great looking car! Russ
