I got the chance this weekend to take my "Needle Eye" steam locomotive for a ride in winter time. It was cold but I had a fun time with train spotting.

That snow is just SO REAL. Better than the 5+ meters we got this crazy spring in California !

Is it just me, or is that shot at the snowy part look like a model of Donner Pass? Is this intentional? The green part looks like the lower elevation on Donner....
That shoofly and tunnel shot... Seems to me the original transcon main, #1 track ran around the side of the hill in several spots, while a tunnel simply was bored thru the obstacle, when Donner was double tracked...

More reason for you to do well in school. When you have a high paying job, then you get all the AZLs you want. Remember, make more money so you can buy more toys.

So is 45-50 years at a deadend job you hate...

At this point I would be thinking about what subjects you enjoy the most and start thinking about doing it for the rest of your adult life. If that sounds exciting then focus your extra time towards that while doing well in the other basic subjects. I was no straight A student or the best ball player but there are very few of my high school classmates that enjoy life as well as I do. What I enjoyed doing in High School is what I have been doing professionally now for over 20 years now and I will need to do it another ~15 years before I call it good.

So, what topic do you enjoy the most? :lightbulb: :lightbulb: :lightbulb: :lightbulb:
