    Hiya.

Happy New Year to all! Here're pics of a long-overdue slug I finally finished on 12/31. Better late than never, I guess. Regards,

    Hiya.

Thanx for all the kind words. The basic "parts" for the slug were a Kato/Atlas RS-11 body, with all detail sanded off and gaps filled with styrene, 2 RS sill-units cut and spliced, and a pair of K/A GP trucks with gears removed. The rest is sheet brass, brass wire, and styrene. Paint by Tamiya, Micro-Scale decals, and weathered with pastel chalk. Regards.

    Hiya.

The trucks are painted Floquil Grimy Black(looks 'dirtier' than PollyScale and chalk sticks to it better) and weathered with regular artist's pastels. Regards,

May I also add nice work [IMG] . I was guessing an RS-11 ancestry in there somewhere just was thinking an old LL shell instead.l
