Driving south on Highway 6 in Hearne, Texas, you can see this mural painted on the side of an old cafe and hotel that is being restored. The Main Cafe had 4 - 6 rooms upstairs, where the railroad crews from the Houston & Texas Central and the International-Great Northern spent the night. They promoted themselves as "Home of the railroad men!"
