Not sure why they didn't take, at least from where I sit. This last one shows just fine! :) Nice. It's getting better every time.

Well this is it for today,,, the yard section is 8' long and 18" wide,, I might just use a hollowcore door for that also.

    See ya Wyatt

That is cool! You could really have a great time switching it all.

If I had more space and time, I think that I would steal it

Nice plan, you could have multiple operators on that layout!

The biggest and only flaw is that there are not enough yard leads. Idealy each yard has it's own lead so as not to interfere with any transfer runs between yards, and also other yards being switched at the same time. But is kind of cool.

Years ago there was a nice layout based on Kansas city railroad yards. It had compressed version of all the major yards and trains would be made up and moved to other yards. I think it was in great model railroads.

    Geekster,

I think the title was the Argentine Industrial Rwy. It was done by Chuck Hitchcock,, he previously had a ATSF layout with mains,,passenger trains and the like,, he decided to go with an switching/Ops intense layout.

I agree there are no leads,, That last iteration is just a quick drawing,, I will tweak,, that is for sure.

    Everyone,, Thanks for you comments.

    Adios, Wyatt
