Hey guys, I've been busy as ever here...My home PC has a rough time with this site, and I haven't been to work much this semester...too much other stuff going on.

Anyway...I got the dockside Finished, at least structurally.

Its number will remain #98, and it has been named Drunken Minnie until it can be determined how to reduce the waddle...this mostlikely caused by the cheap LifeLike mechanism. The good news is that I have picked up a host more of these things at like 5 bucks a piece this last week...If I ever get the incling...I can now upgrade to the can motor version.

Hey John...Minnie would love a little Articulated Company... ;) And how goes Ol' Maud?

Nice work Benny! Will look good once painted! an decaled to rid the modeling lines!

As for articulated company, sure enough soon, I have a few parts to add to that Bowser monster, an to make a slightly better motor mount (the torque of the motor I used broke the soldered connection on the brass motor mount) So, I have to get that mount made stronger, I kinda seen this comming, I put in a state of the art can motor, thats completely round with ample power to haul this 5 pound beast! Once the last part is on, an that motor mount is redone, an tested it will be done! However, being busy in my shop, the holiday show comming up (a fun run show I do every year to bring in the holidays), an all the holiday stuff to be done around the house, I'm swamped slightly, doing alittle at a time. To see it all done to be the time, of Christmas being on top of me! The old saying "Time waits for noone".. boy is it true! :D

As for my "ol' Maude" its been put on the back burner for now. All my own items has been put on the back burner to simmer! Till I get the holiday fun-run train show done, an the working in my shop, is of all the customers items....To get them done, even tho, its alittle at a time.... I never imagined, I'd be this busy! All I ask, is the next 2 weeks, all those thats sent me items, for repairs, or custom builds, is be patient with me...... I do all the work myself, noone else does anything but myself with my own 2 hands.... I got alot to do, an alot done, (I'm glad I'm just not, "just now" starting the bigger an worst jobs or this being pressed for time would be even worse.) But for all those who know my work, knows I'm a one man shop. I do all the work myself as I said, an I can only do so much in a 12 hour day....

    Watash,
Ole buddy, I had to up the steam presure from 240 PSI to 300 PSI to get more speed! Everyyear about this time, is my busiest time of the whole year, with the repair shop an all an all the local customers, an all online, an all then the holiday "fun-run" train show, with everything, its time pressing. And after a month worth already gone, an a month to go, its like a train behind the ole "7600" thats 2000 cars long! its drags, an slows the loco's momentum down, thats the effect I'm getting here.... But the holidays, as we all know are hectic... mine on ther other hand with the train repairs, an all, I get the worst from the the business of getting all the "holiday maintenance repairs"... So, with akll this on my shoulders, I can only get or do so much, an all.. which all I ask is everyone bear with me me here. I might be draging the train to progress slow... but its still moving forwards! And I'm still progressing....It hasn't ran me out of fuel yet! And I won't let it no matter how slow it makes me! But, the work will be done as it always has been, (I've created a good name with this) And I don't plan to leave my own good name slip away, an fall prey to greed....
