Am hoping someone from the area, maybe Jason(?), knows something about a little short line named the Minnesota Southern Railway. They've supposedly been in operation several years. But the 2002 Official Guide I checked does not list them. A Google search turned up only a radio frequency. They do show in the ASLRRA membership. But only address/phone number given.
