Have 'em saved in Favorites files. Thanks! Don't tell Matt C. this, but I'm beginning to miss that BN green........... ....especially those dog's breakfast power consists they used to run on the ex-Frisco Cherokee Sub, and the first-generation Geeps at Ft. Smith & Hugo. [ 09. March 2003, 18:11: Message edited by: friscobob ]
Thanks for the link. Great pictures in there. It's been added to my favorites too, now I only wish I had more space so I could include some of those great scenes into the layout. Thanks Jesper
LS, I have had those sites hotkeyed on my PC for a long time now. I love the proto info they provide. Great for custom projects. The BN archive also features not only NP, but also GN in most schemes, SP&S, Frisco, CB&Q and the subsidairies in premerger paint! Also if that doesn't fit the bill, see Fallen Flags for pics and info on almost every US railroad, present or past!! [ 28. March 2003, 16:03: Message edited by: HemiAdda2d ]
Jerry, Fallen Flags site is number one bookmark on my computer Edit: Er......number two, actually. Trainboard is number one! [ 28. March 2003, 19:30: Message edited by: Alan ]
And once again Thank You Lady Sunshine. I am a fan of the old green and the friends of mine in our model train club like all the other roads (are there others I ask?). This will be good fun to send potos and links to them. Mr. Train
Don't forget QStation at: http://www.qstation.org/ Has all kinds of info & pix on BN as well as ATSF & others.
