Looks like a great layout!! Actually it is very similar to the one I am building and if I ever figure out how to upload a sketch, I'll post it also [IMG] [IMG]!! Anyway, I like the way you have set the whole thing up!! Happy Modeling!!

    from left to right:
    Section 1: 36in by 42in
    section 2(middle): 36in by 32in
    section 3: 36in, by 39

odd number because of trying to use one piece of Homosote. Road bed will be AMI's HO scale roadbed, 2 ful rolls for 18.00 at a train show a coule months ago, i'll simply cut to size. Track is Atlas code 55 NS. flex track and straight/curved pieces. there will be 3 "blocks", so I get good electrical current using 6-8 different wiring points. The conrtol will only be an MRC tech II loco-motion 1500 for now, it stil has 2 years left on it's 5 year warranty. I only hav the following cars:
1 Atlas Monana Rail Link 2 bay covered hopper
    3 Bachmann 40' high cube boxcars;2 B&O, 1 PC
    1 MDC 50' gondola RailGon
    1 Atlas 40' flatcar with 2 vans,Rio Grande
2 bachman flats w/steel coils; NKP, and L&N
    1 50' CSX boxcar

Locomotives are tops onmy list now along with switches so I stil ahve to get what santa forgot [IMG]

I've got some N scale stuff I may get rid of. #4 Atlas snap switches and A few #6's. I also have, still in the box, a Atlas 3 pack of BN coal hoppers and a seperate BN coal hopper for a grand total of 4 seperate road numbers. My power roster-haven't decided if I'm gonna keep em or not.

I would like to have a continuous loop, but I don't know where to put the interchange between my A&A and Moose's Moose Valley. the empty space in the lower part of section 2 it for the city of Terra Alta, WV.

Also, I was looking at your plan some more, and I believe you'll be able to get a loop in there plus a whole lot more track for industry and such and still have space left over for towns and the interchange. AND it won't be as crowded as you might think it will.
