here is a link to a page with a lot of pictures from the 9th N scale convention in Brisbane / Australia (9. - 11. Sept. 2005) http://www.rmcq.mixedpk.com/nsc2005a.html
That is some beautiful stuff. I just can't see it all at once. Thanks for the link; I will see it more later this weekend.
yes indeed, great pictures BUT the pictures are not mine. all the credit goes to Paul Kaluschke and this is his website: http://www.rmcq.mixedpk.com/ ...
Finally got around to editing some of my photos from the convention and thought I'd share some more of the excellent work Barry Schilling has done on his N Scale layout. First, his saw mill and woodchip loader: And some of his rock work and scenery: Some SP action: And some more to come soon....
A modeller had this awesome diorama of downtown Sydney on display that won a few awards. The trackwork, signal bridges and structures were just amazing!
Downtown Sydney? That's it, all right!! Been there a million times...Central Station, etc. Great job! You do need some guys sleeping in the bandstand, though.
That hand laid track is just wonderful! Great kitbashes on the Aussie engines. I especially like Western Mining. But, also, several of the engines are pure Australian. Are they scratchbuilt or Australian model companies?
Look at the aussie thread I posted, then a few links from there, you can buy those Aussie cars in Kit form
