I didn't see an official thread started so here we are. Who's going? What are you bringing? N Scale Weekend 1 by Jim Wiggin posted Apr 11, 2016 at 6:54 AM N Scale Weekend 2 by Jim Wiggin posted Apr 22, 2016 at 6:58 AM I'm happy to say that Wiggin Locomotive Works is a proud sponsor and as you can see, I'm busy getting a lot on N scale painted up for the show. Saturday Set up at Lincoln Square Mall by Jim Wiggin posted Apr 4, 2016 at 7:17 AM Lincoln Square Show 2 by Jim Wiggin posted Apr 4, 2016 at 7:17 AM Lincoln Square Show 5 by Jim Wiggin posted Apr 4, 2016 at 7:17 AM My friend, Bill and I will also be showing off the Galesburg City Job modules. If you can make it, make it. It is one of my most favorite weekends of the entire year. There is Pizza Friday night, door prizes, a Saturday dinner and a fun auction that is as entertaining as it is exciting. Oh yeah, and did I mention N scale? Check out the link, http://www.centralohiontrak.org/p/central-ohio-ntrak-n-scale-weekend.html, fill out the form and point your motive power to Columbus Ohio for a great time. Craig Sonnen and his club do a great job with this show, so if you have never been, you need to check it out! Hope to see you there.
I will be there with our club, Three Rivers Associates In Ntrak (TRAINtrak) (Pittsburgh). Always a fun event. On Saturday night we will be meeting up with the guys from Burning River Ntrak (Cleveland) for dinner at the Spaghetti Warehouse. We met with them last August at the Bedford N Scale Weekend event and had a good time. Speaking of the Bedford, PA event, it has been moved to a larger venue. The event will now be at the Jaffa Memorial Hall in Altoona, PA. The event outgrew the sports complex in Bedford. The new venue will have ample room and parking. Dates are August 20 & 21, 2016.
I'll try to be there Saturday. Probably only bringing $50 or around that, I had to buy a couple decoders. Always a fun show! It's not often there's a convention for people as crazy as myself!
Got to remember to bring my camera this time. Then I got to learn how to upload the pics to the computer and then to Trainboard. My old computer had Windows XP which was very user friendly but this new one has Windows 10 and friendly it ain't.
I hope to make it finally. Getting a nice paycheck with a ton of overtime next week. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
