I work near Union Station in Denver a couple days a week. After work yesterday, the 844 & 1989 had the UP excursion passenger train doubled over at Union Station. Of course I didn't have my camera with me. Anyone know what was going on?

I hear ya, Ken! D'OH! It would have been a good catch too! I've not seen any photos of these two running together. I'm sure they are out there, but I've not come across them. I'd still like to know what was up. I haven't been able to find any info on this run as of yet. Nothing on the local news either. I'm not downtown today, so no idea if she laid over or not either.
Supposedly it's a police convention of some sort that brought the 844 and the UP heritage unit to Denver..:tb-confused:
