I have 3DRR & was wondering if you had to have a screen capture program to turn the track plans into images?
I know this works with MS Word. Open MS Word. Go back to your image and press the following keys together: Shift-Print Screen. The go to the Word document and press these keys together: Ctrl-V. This will bring the image into Word as a picture. If you right-click on the image, you can format the the picture and save it other purposes.
In most software: Print Scr - Will copy the entire screen image Alt Print Scr, (hold Alt and hit Print Scr) - Will copy the "Active Window" You should then be able to paste it into Paint and crop it. Paint comes with windows.
