Are they still labeling them as AC4400s on the side?? Now if we could get Kato to release some with the new hood... in H2 paint please. (they would be the last locos I will model)
How are the GEVO's working out? I have not heard anyone jumping up and down about the 15 on the NS. In fact, I think NS just ordered a big batch of SD70M-2's and no GE units Harold
BNSF 7663, 7673, 7667 are on the property. I had all three in the consist of S-CWSLBP1-12A on their first west run over BNSF rails yesterday morning (Feb13) Galesburg to KC. A pet peeve of mine with these units is the placement of a horn sequencer. It's on the control stand where one of the two alerter reset buttons used to be. (and that is the alerter button I have a habit of pressing constantly). Needless to say, we heard that horn alot. [ 15. February 2005, 01:35: Message edited by: Don Rickle ]
The GEVO's Are Working Out Just Fine They Have The Same Pulling Power As A Dash 9 and An AC 4400 CW The Control Desk Is All The Same .
Welcome aboard, BNSF_ENGINEER! Good to have you here. BTW, what is your favorite loco, for pulling power, reliability, ease of operation, operator-friendliness, and for looks?
