1x3's or 2x4's?

    A 1x3 frame is strong enough. Make your cuts square, (it matters), and drive the screws straight, or predrill. I see many things that are tragically overbuilt. An outstanding joint is better, look at antiques. And I just thought, triangles and diamonds are a lot stronger than squares and rectangles. Bobby
