Nice looking 25+/- year old heritage cars. Assuming stationary scenes with actors. Appears to be the same gentleman serving in the lounge and the diner.
Looks like the interior of an Ex Southern Pacific Sunset Limited Audubon Dining car. The artwork on the walls above the windows is boyds. Here is one of those diners that we recently acquired from Amtrak and are currently restoring to run on the Austin Steam Train Association excursion trains.
That's an unusually large kitchen area and a small dining area. I believe the various heritage diners on the Crescent had 6, possibly 7 dining windows.
Though that's a lovely car. Good luck with the restoration. Love to help you if I lived 300+/- miles closer.
Amtrak rebuilt everything at one point so all the windows are different spacing and the kitchen was enlarged to be geared more for reheating already prepared meals.
As delivered it was quite different.
