1950's Santa-Fe Super-Chief: Can anyone tell me if it was possible to send a wire from the moving train? I have read things that suggest this was possible. Can ANYONE help? I've looked at the '41 & '49 booklets but they do not say diffinitively. I'm writing fictional story about the train in 1952 any help with this point would be appreciated! [I also model in N Scale AT&SF in the same period]
I'm sorry that noone has added anything to this here. I really thought someone would know for sure. I THINK that this was possible from the train but I'm not 100% sure. I'm glad to see that you are an N-Scale modeler of the ATSF. So am I, but I'm doing the early 70's through early 80's.
