Thanks Darren looks like there are issues with Netscape 4.7 we will see if there are fixes.

The present Netscape version is 7.1. I suggest an upgrade. Actually, I use Mozilla, which is pretty much the same as Netscape. That should solve the problem.

Did some more testing now with Netscape 7 and it was a better experinece but still with some issues. The biggest I found though was that once I SELECTED the option to add one or more photos is that the screen to upload those images ended up behind the other page; rather than in front as it does in IE. If you don't notice this, it appears that nothing is working which might be what most people are running into that use Netscape. The upload page looks as if it will work correctly once you bring it forward but didn't try an upload. I would think that other pages during the upload process might too end up behind the other pages which could lead to more user interface issues while still working correctly.

On the initial ENTER page, the two (2) forum frames overlapped about 70-80% making them unreadable.

Side Note: From my own web counter tracking I see for the DHVM that IE v6 is the most used followed by IE v5. I do see a small number of Netscape users but most are on v4 (not v7) and very few uses of Mozilla or other less know browsers are seen. So I focus my initial tesing with IE followed by Netscape v4 and do see issues with Netscape myself too. Mainly Netscape formats differently than IE does which has led me to changes being made over time to accomidate Netscape. By far though nearing 75% of those that visit the DHVM use IE and that is likely the case here as well. About 6% use Netscape and about the same use AOL; so you can see that leaves very little usage of other browsers.

Another small note, most users are on either WindowsXP and Windows98 with less than 2% being tracked back to Macintosh.

    Hope this helps... [IMG]

I am listed as a new member but when I go to the new members area I find the only pull down is for voting purposes. No pull down so I can add an image. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it.
    Thanks

in the top right hand corner click on the login first. If you have done this then click on your album then the options should appear in the top right hand corner as well.
