I'm attempting to get an identity on this car.

      Rusty.

      It has a stove chimney, so it's passenger accomodations for a freight train. And it has a big door on the side, which could be for parcels, or for horses. Possibly a cheap coach baggage caboose for mixed trains, more likely a drover car.
