      You are obviously shooting outdoors. What F-stop are you using? I would recommend using a smaller f-stop (f11 or higher) and a longer exposure time. It will give you better depth of field and make the loco jump out a bit better. Using a short f-stop like you are you lose clarity on the stuff that matters in the pic. This one is a prime example. All that detail on the pilot is being lost in a blur because your f-stop is probably 5.6. with an exposure time of probably 1/160 of a second. if your camera has the ability you could use the aperature priority setting of the camera and set your aperature to a higher number and let the camera take care of the shutter speed. Just make sure you use a tripod
