Spackling compound for roads by VOP

Layers of Spackling compound were put down (to minimize cracking when drying), and then were sanded and painted. Last week on the other end of the row of houses, I painted the roads with Woodland Scenics Concrete (C1217) but it was too tan and shiney so I repainted with Plaid's Apple Barrel Colors, Pewter Grey (20580).
