Cool pic. I like the little differences Euro cars have over American. Double fred lights. and whats with the three "wheels" across the back? On top of all of this however, nice shot--GREAT perspective!
All British ballast and pw wagons are named after sea creatures. E.g. seacow, whale, etc. The three handwheels operate the left, centre and right chutes for dropping ballast.
