      If I'm not mistaken, you are looking west, from East of Giant's Ladder above Tolland. In fact, the faint loop around the one hill in the foreground is where Tunnel 31 was. It collapsed decades ago. Antelope and Ladora would have been situated in this view, 100 years ago. Spruce Wye (used to turn snowfighting equipment) would be near where the track turns off the picture. Also in the picture is Yankee Doodle Lake, although the alignment hides it behind the roadbed. It would lie right where the track cuts off the picture.
