RockRidge and Texas Gas Dealer

RockRidge has completly been redone. Because I elected to start putting in scenery, this staging only layer nows becomes part of my ops plan. With Don Zimmerman's help we relocated the mainline (F3 blasting thru), added a passing siding (freight) sitting in it) and two businesses, Texas Gas dealer with in and outbound tracks and last but not least an open air loading dock.
