Georgia RR train #30 the MIXED train from Macon departs Camak Ga. Sept. 1973 Yes, I said Mixed train, My wife and I rode Macon to Camak and return in an ancient coach/baggage car on the rear of trains 30 and 31.

      I seem to recall an article about this train. Years ago. Railroad Model Craftsman? Railfan? Guess I'll ned to search the on line magazine index.

      Is that a tower, or depot behind the train?

      Best I remember the depot was behind me. There really wasn't much there railroad or otherwise. I don't think the building was RR related but, it's been a few years.
