Painting a Backdrop, Second Coat

My favourite shot. Second coat of paint added, using several different colours to try to create a dithered effect, looking from the horizon up towards a deep azure sky. I like how the staging deck turned out. that looks nice and sky-like. The main deck I'm not so sold on. It just looks... stripy... Almost like I need a new colour about half-way up about half-way between light and medium blue.
